Newbies to Warframe will want a primer on Void Relics. These are like the mini treasure chests that are the primary way to get Prime and Forma blueprints, which you’ll need to supe up your Warframes, Weapons, etc.
How To Get A Void Relic
You can get them as rewards after missions, usually endless missions. You can also buy them from Syndicates or market. You can also trade them with other players.
How To Open Void Relic
For this, you’ll have to equip your Void Relic before taking on a Void Fissure Mission. In the mission, you’ll kill enemies who will drop Reactant, which you’ll need 10 of. Look for a tear in the world called a Void Fissure. Then defeat all of the enemies around the fissure.
Once that’s done, you are ready to seal it. Joining your Void Relic with the Void Fissure will open the relic and reveal your reward.
With the mission complete, another reward will appear called Void Traces. You will want those.
The next time you want to open a Void Relic, first use the Void Traces to refine it. You will also need the Void Relic Segment that you get by completing the Mars Junction Mission.
Refining the Void Relic will increase the chances of you getting a better reward once it’s open.
Using The Void Relic
The Void Relic items you obtain can be used to craft items in the Foundry. They can be traded to another player for platinum, or they can be traded for Ducats in a relay.
